Our Chicken Biryani is a labour of love. Bone-in chicken pieces are marinated in garam masala, ginger, garlic, and yogurt, then layered with long-grain basmati rice and sealed to steam in their own aromatics.
The result is rice that separates into perfect grains, each carrying the perfume of saffron, fried onions, and whole spices — a dish that has satisfied royal courts for centuries and still commands the table today.
